Netflix has been under fire from Elon Musk, who has directed his social media cannons at the streaming service and urged his 224 million X followers to terminate their subscriptions due to some of its LGBTQ-specific programming.
On Wednesday, Musk reposted a meme claiming that Netflix was a Trojan horse used to force a “transgender woke agenda” on youngsters, and he advised his followers to “cancel Netflix for the health of your kids.” Following Musk’s citation of a Libs of TikTok article criticizing the platform for its animated series “Dead End: Paranormal Park,” which featured a lesbian and transgender protagonist, similar messages were sent out this week.
